Schulessen, Nachschlag!
Auf der Landwirtschaftsmesse "Grüne Woche" in Berlin hat der 2. Band der Publikation "Schulessen - regional, gesund und gut" Premiere. Präsentiert wird er dort am 19. Januar 2013 von Thüringens Ministerpräsidentin Lieberknecht. Danach wird die Broschüre natürlich an den Schulen im Saale-Orla-Kreis verteilt, um nach dem Motto "Nachgedacht & Angepackt" den Akteuren Wissen und Werkzeuge für Veränderungen in den Schulküchen und Kantinen auf dem Weg zu geben. Anbei ein Einblick in meine Illustrationen die Band 1 & 2 und nun auch den Messestand auf der Grünen Woche begleiten...
